Puffy and Tired Eyes
I've spent many hours working on my future endeavors. Last night happened to be one of them. My brain decided I should be up until the wee early hours of the a.m. until I fell asleep with my iPad still on, writing. Not complaining... But, we all have been there. Here is a simple tip you can do to reduce the appearance of those dark circles and puffy tired eyes any time they may arise.
Take 2 tea bags, one for each eye.
Steep in a mug as normal (3-5 mins) with boiling water or Microwave for 1 min in water
Put both tea bags in the freezer until the tea bags freeze
Take a moment to clear your mind and rest as you apply the tea bag to each eye for 5 mins. Set a timer if needed.... there are several phone apps you can download!
When finished you should feel refreshed and relaxed!
